- Baking has always been a family tradition. I remember as a child my mother in the kitchen for hours making wonderful goodies for me and my brothers. I remember the excitement of getting my first toy oven. Watching my creations cook over the lightbulb, patiently waiting to serve my brothers their goodies. That love of baking has never changed for me. I started Anita Cookie for several reasons. My love of fresh baked treats. My belief that quality ingredients make a quality product, and love of family. You see, Anita Cookie & More is a family affair. When you stop by, you will find me and my daughter busy in the kitchen baking fresh treats. My husband and my other daughters make up my delivery force. My brother is my website designer, and you will usually find my parents sitting in our cookie shop having coffee and goodies. The next time you are in the downtown Mesa area, please stop by and say hi. You will enter a stranger, and leave as a friend!
