I have instructed you several times how to change the contact information, have you even logged in and looked for it? Have you ever transferred a domain before? I am sorry of you are not familiar with the process but I do not see how that is our fault. The process is universal. It is the same no matter where you transfer your domain. It is not a scam, it is a consequence of you waiting to the last minute to move the site and also not knowing how to do it to begin with. I am unsure why you are even asking us these questions. You did not order this transfer with us, why do you expect us to provide support for a transfer you bought somewhere else? Your requests for a credit or refund is also silly. Your site is down as you canceled it, what is odd about that? did you expect us to provide you with hosting for free while you figure out what to do?
Do we advertise phone support? NO! are we required to? NO!!! I am unsure why you keep bringing this up.
You did not even attempt to obtain the domains EPP key or change your contact details until after I told you about it, which was after your domain had also already expired. If we are so terrible why have I been trying to help you with a service you did not even purchase with us? Your comments are not only incorrect they are also offense. Forward all the information you want to ICANN, they will get a good laugh at it. I am done trying to help you. contact your new host for help with the transfer, it has nothing to do with us. that will tell you the same that I have been telling you all along, try to spin it anyway you want, you waited till the last second to order your transfer and you did not understand what the consequences of doing that would be. Now you must deal with the problem, it is of your own creation and has absolutely nothing to do with us.
