The Art Review came about after I had created a web site for my friend Ralph Greene. I had spent considerable time browsing the web to see what other outlets were available for local artists wanting to get images published on the web. There were very few options available to say the least! I found a couple of sites that offered hosting and online galleries but I found them to be a bit cluttered and not very nice to look at.
I wanted to create a site that was not cluttered with ads and would display art simply and in a way that was aesthetically pleasing. I dabbled with several different layouts and ideas before finally arriving at what you see here. I hope that you enjoy browsing through the work and if you are an artist take advantage of our service.
I would especially like to thank Valdis Garoza, Ralph Greene, Anthony Iannini and David Coker. Without them, my vision would not have come to fruition.
