Since Mold Remediation is not Regulated by the State or Federal Government, We use the same protocal, that we would use for asbestos or lead paint. This includes full containment of all contaminated areas from non-contaminated areas. The use of negative air machines when needed. All contaminated materials will be double-bagged in 6 mil poly and disposed of properly. The entire area is cleaned, disinfected, and Hepa-Vacuumed.
